United Minds set out to identify the most important predictors of employee experience. To do this, KRC conducted a global survey, the insights of which highlighted a number of both rational and emotional drivers of experience. One of the most important findings is that employee experience isn’t a one-way street, and that employees view their own ability to contribute as essential to their experience.
