Scott has two decades of experience helping clients answer business questions through deeper understanding of their key audiences and stakeholders. During this time, he has conducted research for numerous corporate clients in technology, consulting, professional services, healthcare, and consumer facing sectors.

Scott is particularly skilled in leading work that focuses on branding, positioning, value proposition testing, and thought leadership research – that utilize both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Over the last five years, he has conducted extensive thought leadership work focusing emerging technologies (AI Metaverse, Digitization) including how organizations are embracing these strategies and putting them into practice.

He is comfortable at managing complex and large scale quantitative and qualitative research studies. He is also an experienced, certified moderator and has conducted hundreds of focus groups and interviews over his tenure. He brings a conversational style to his moderation approach.

Specific clients that Scott has led engagements for IBM, Deloitte, EA Games, Pitney Bowes, SAP, GM, and KPMG, among others. Studies for these clients focused on a range of topics involving wants and needs, buyer’s journey research, concept testing, adoption of emerging technologies, and thought leadership content development (around emerging technologies).
