Robin Goodale, Senior Vice President

As a Senior Vice President at KRC Research, Robin brings more than 15 years of experience in the field of market research and excels in helping clients best leverage research to achieve their business objectives.

Robin regularly designs and implements qualitative and quantitative studies utilizing both traditional and innovative methodologies to help position and track brands in the marketplace. She advises clients on the best strategic decisions through research initiatives that yield sound consumer insights with real-world implications.

Throughout her career, Robin has been involved in a variety domestic and multinational studies focused on image assessment, strategic positioning, concept testing, messaging, ad testing, product development/optimization, and customer satisfaction tracking. Notable clients include Ocean Spray, FMC, Biogen, Royal Caribbean, Verizon, Concierge Health and Allstate.

Prior to joining KRC, Robin was a Senior Director at Heart+Mind Strategies for nearly 8 years. During that time, she forged strong relationships with clients and headed up complex, multi-faceted studies that spanned several months and even years. Robin acted as the account lead for Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, overseeing a complete brand re-positioning and communications architecture study with ongoing ad assessment and tracking. In addition, Robin acted as the lead project manager for the Smart Growth practice at HMS. Other key clients included CPPIB, NVTA, American Public Transportation Association, National Highway Safety Administration (NHTSA) and State Policy Network.

Robin holds a MBA from Clarkson University, and a BS in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego. When Robin isn’t typing away on a report, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, exploring new wine vintages, planning her next white sand escape and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.
