Marilyn Katzman, Vice President

Marilyn Katzman is a Vice President in the Washington, D.C. office of KRC, where she specializes in using qualitative and quantitative research to provide solutions to critical business challenges and guide clients towards achieving their business goals.

Marilyn is involved throughout the full project lifecycle and oversees much of the day-to-day development and evolution of a project, from designing the methodology to scrutinizing data and turning it into actionable strategic business recommendations.

Prior to joining KRC, Marilyn was a Senior Project Manager at Penn Schoen Berland (PSB), where she worked with numerous Fortune 500 clients on projects with dynamic goals ranging from guiding new product development and sourcing of goods, to creating messaging frameworks, to responding to PR crises. While at PSB, Marilyn worked within a range of industries, including: Healthcare, Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Higher Education, Quick-Serve Restaurants, and Manufacturing.

Marilyn also spent part of her career working client-side with Ford Motor Company, where she conducted in-house analytics work around a number of new vehicle releases.

Marilyn holds a B.A. in International Relations & Psychology and a minor in Spanish from the University of Southern California, which she attended on a full scholarship for Policy Debate.
