Motorola sought to drive awareness for the need for greater access to private communication networks for public safety operations. To assist with this, KRC conducted an expansive telephone survey of public safety CIOs across the country designed to collected information and insights on awareness, technology needs, and purchase intent. This research exposed important learnings into current usage, awareness, and purchase intent statistics which Motorola is using to inform their strategic marketing initiatives and to help promote the need for technology upgrades at conferences, industry events, and in the media.
